Pizza di Patate


  • 3 slices Borden® Applewood Bacon Cheddar Singles Sensations
  • 10 potatoes peeled and cut
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 4 slices salami
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Drizzle olive oil


PREPARE potatoes and then boil until cooked through.

MAKE mashed potatoes using the milk, butter salt and pepper. Add in the fresh parsley.

SLICE the salami and the Borden® Applewood Bacon Cheddar Singles Sensations® into small bite sized pieces and mix thoroughly (Borden® Southwest Pepper Jack Singles Sensations® would be good if you like a little kick).

PLACE the mashed potato mixture into a square Pyrex dish and spread evenly then drizzle the olive oil on the top and spread to cover the entire surface.

BAKE at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
